I’m Justin Brown, the founder of The Signature Mercantile. I created this marketplace with a simple goal: to provide a professional online home where independent artisans and small businesses can showcase their work, grow their brands, and connect with customers who appreciate handcrafted quality.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with makers, vendors, and event organizers through my experience organizing artisan markets. I’ve seen firsthand the creativity, dedication, and hard work that goes into every handmade product, and I wanted to create a space where those talented creators could continue reaching customers beyond a single event.
My role includes:
- Reviewing and approving vendor applications
- Supporting our vendor community
- Managing the marketplace
- Helping ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience
- Continually improving the platform with new features and resources
