- Fulfill orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain appropriate business licenses or permits when required by law.
The Signature Mercantile reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violations of these Terms or other marketplace policies.
5. Product Listings
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that:
- Product descriptions are accurate.
- Product photographs fairly represent the item being sold.
- Prices are accurate.
- Inventory levels are kept reasonably current.
- Products comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
The Signature Mercantile may remove listings that violate marketplace policies or applicable law.
6. Orders and Payments
Orders placed through The Signature Mercantile are processed using secure third-party payment providers.
By placing an order, you agree to:

- Pay all applicable taxes and shipping charges.
- Understand that orders are fulfilled by the individual Vendor unless otherwise stated.
Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party providers. We do not store your full payment card information.
7. Shipping
Each Vendor is responsible for packaging, shipping, and delivering the products they sell.
Estimated processing and shipping times are provided by the Vendor and may vary.
The Signature Mercantile is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other events outside our reasonable control.
8. Returns and Refunds
Return and refund eligibility is governed by our Return & Refund Policy and any applicable Vendor policies.
Customers should review the applicable policies before making a purchase.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on The Signature Mercantile—including logos, graphics, text, photographs, website design, and other original materials—is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Vendors retain ownership of the content and products they create. By listing products on our marketplace, Vendors grant The Signature Mercantile a limited, non-exclusive license to display product images, descriptions, and related content for the purpose of operating and promoting the marketplace.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use website content without appropriate permission.
10. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Use the marketplace for unlawful purposes.
- Submit false or misleading information.
- Infringe upon another person’s intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
- Upload malicious software or harmful code.
- Engage in harassment, abusive conduct, or fraudulent activity.

When changes are made, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the marketplace after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action arising from these Terms or the use of The Signature Mercantile shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Tennessee, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
